Strong communication and mentoring skills are essential to effectively engage with students and facilitate their learning journey. Ideal candidates for this position should hold a Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Application, IT, or a relevant field, or possess a Designing Diploma. Additional qualifications such as short courses or digital certifications in related domains will be advantageous. While 1-2 years of IT experience is preferred, individuals with 0-6 months of experience in a teaching or trainer role are also encouraged to apply.
