Full Stack Developers/Lead - eCommerce Web Apps

You will be joining a team of digital practitioners with extensive experience in online commerce, dedicated to providing exceptional services to our client companies. Collaborating closely with the Project Manager, Product Owner, and a team of developers, you will provide leadership and guidance to optimize team performance and drive career growth. Your technical expertise will be key in delivering solutions that empower end customers and contribute to our clients" business growth. We are looking for candidates with strong proficiency in JavaScript ES6, Typescript, HTML, CSS (SASS, LESS, or Tailwind), and ReactJS. Experience in developing web applications with robust debugging skills and familiarity with backend technologies such as REST APIs and NodeJS is essential. Additionally, hands-on experience with databases like MongoDB, NoSQL, MySQL, or PostgreSQL, and exposure to UI performance enhancement techniques like page speed improvement and Light Score, are highly valued. Desirable qualifications include experience with ecommerce platforms, cloud platforms like AWS or Google Cloud, and a background in Next.js. Candidates with a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent, along with 4 to 10 years of relevant experience, are preferred.
