Job Description: Greetings from the ZUCOL Group!

We are seeking a skilled and driven

Full Stack Developer

with over 3

years

of hands-on experience to join our growing technology team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Python (Django) for backend development and React.js / Next.js for frontend development. Experience with AWS cloud infrastructure and Linux-based environments is essential. You will be responsible for building robust, scalable applications that power seamless digital experiences and drive business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain full stack web applications using Django, React.js, and Next.js.
Build and integrate RESTful APIs for efficient system communication.
Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code following best development practices.
Implement backend logic, manage databases, and ensure performance optimization and security.
Deploy, monitor, and manage infrastructure on AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, IAM, etc.).
Handle Linux-based server operations, including Nginx/Apache configuration and troubleshooting.
Collaborate with designers, product managers, and QA engineers to deliver high-quality features on time.
Conduct code reviews, write unit tests, and maintain clear technical documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer.

Proficient in Python and Django framework.

Strong skills in React.js and Next.js for frontend development.

Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, and modern JavaScript (ES6+). Experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, CloudWatch, etc.).

Familiarity with Linux servers and deployment automation tools (Docker, GitHub Actions, etc.).

Strong grasp of relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL.

Proficient with Git and version control workflows. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience DevOps practices.

Familiarity with real-time features using WebSockets or similar tools.

Understanding of unit testing and Test-Driven Development (TDD).

Ability to contribute to system architecture and mentor junior developers.
