Full Stack Developer - Team Lead

Job Description

Role & responsibilities Lead and Mentor the Team : Provide technical leadership, mentor junior developers, and promote best practices across the team. Architect & Develop High-Performance Applications : Design and build scalable, low-latency backend services using Node.js and Nest.js . Collaborate Across Teams : Work closely with front-end developers and product teams to ensure seamless integration of server-side logic with user-facing features. Code Review & Quality Assurance : Conduct code reviews to ensure high-quality, maintainable code and provide guidance on complex technical challenges. Optimize Backend Services : Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, optimize databases, and implement caching and other optimizations. Security & Data Protection : Implement best practices for security, data protection, and compliance across all systems. Preferred candidate profile 8+ years of experience in backend development. Strong proficiency in Node.js , JavaScript , and asynchronous programming (async/await, Promises). Experience designing and implementing microservices architectures , building and maintaining APIs , and integrating third-party services. Expertise in databases (e.g., MySQL , NoSQL ) and authentication/authorization mechanisms (JWT, OAuth). Proficiency in Git , CI/CD pipelines , and cloud platforms like AWS or Google Cloud .
