Full Stack Developer, Staff

As a Programmer Analyst at Qualcomm India Private Limited, you will be part of the Identity and Access Management Team, where you will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and enhancing systems in a 24x7 mission-critical environment. Your primary tasks will include developing software for fault-tolerant systems, designing system integrations and APIs, acting as a technical lead for projects, and providing technical solutions for IT-related issues. Additionally, you will mentor the development team, engage with stakeholders, and uphold code quality through reviews and best practices. Key Responsibilities: - Develop, create, and modify software for observable, fault-tolerant systems and services. - Design and develop complex system integrations and APIs. - Act as a technical lead for medium-sized projects, ensuring timely delivery. - Anticipate complex issues, discuss solutions, and implement system solutions. - Lead and mentor the development team, assigning tasks and monitoring progress. - Interact with stakeholders to understand requirements and provide technical solutions. - Perform code reviews to ensure quality and performance. - Develop technical designs for application architecture ensuring scalability, performance, and security. - Lead technical conversations to align with industry standards and communicate solutions with business owners. Qualifications Required: - 10+ years of software development experience. - Proficiency in Java, Groovy, Python, Spring, Hibernate. - Experience with Agile development, Test-Driven Development, CI/CD. - Strong understanding of OOP concepts, design principles, and design patterns. - Experience with Java, Groovy, Python, Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript. - Knowledge of microservices architecture, RESTful API design, RDBMS, No-SQL databases. - Working knowledge of Continuous Deployment & Integration tools like Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes. - Experience with Database Design structures such as Mongo DB, MySQL. - Experience with more than one operating system (e.g., Linux, OSX, Windows).
