Key Responsibilities:Design and build scalable web applications using Node.js and React.jsDevelop and integrate RESTful APIs and microservicesLead architecture discussions, perform code reviews, and guide junior developersOptimize application performance and ensure secure development practicesCollaborate with Product, UI/UX, and QA teamsWork with CI/CD, version control (Git), and automated testing tools
Required Skills:
2-8 years of experience in Full Stack DevelopmentStrong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), Node.js (Express/NestJS), React.js (Hooks, Redux)Experience with MongoDB / PostgreSQL / MySQLSolid understanding of Data Structures & Algorithms (DSA)Knowledge of API development, authentication (JWT, OAuth2), and web securityFamiliarity with Docker, Git, CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions)Strong problem-solving, debugging, and system design skillsGood to Have:Experience with TypeScript, GraphQL, or Next.jsExposure to AWS, GCP, or AzureExperience in Agile/Scrum environmentsFamiliarity with unit/integration testing (Jest, Mocha, Cypress)Preferred Qualifications:B.Tech/M.Tech in CS, IT, or related fieldBackground in startups or fast-paced environmentsFamiliarity with microservices and serverless computing.
