Full Stack Developer

You are a versatile Full Stack Developer with strong experience in Laravel and the ability to work across multiple programming languages and technologies. Your main responsibility will involve developing and maintaining ERP, CRM, and web-based platforms within a university setting. The ideal candidate should be a hands-on coder who can lead technically and will be supported by an intern or junior developer. Your key responsibilities include developing, maintaining, and optimizing Laravel-based full-stack applications. You will contribute to and maintain multiple systems such as ERP, CRM, websites, and portals. It is essential to write clean, scalable code in PHP (Laravel) and other languages as required. Designing and integrating RESTful APIs and third-party services is also part of your duties. Collaboration with internal stakeholders to define and deliver new features, guiding and mentoring a supporting intern or junior developer, as well as conducting regular code reviews, testing, and performance optimization are crucial aspects of your role. Your required technical skills include strong experience in Laravel (PHP), proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Blade templating, solid understanding of SQL databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL), working knowledge of at least two additional languages such as Python, Node.js, Java, C#, or Go, familiarity with Vue.js, React, or similar JS frameworks, API development and integration experience, version control using Git, and basic server and deployment knowledge (Linux, Nginx/Apache). Preferred or bonus skills for this position include experience with ERP/CRM systems, exposure to e-commerce development, understanding of Docker, CI/CD, or basic DevOps, and familiarity with security best practices in web development. In addition to technical skills, soft skills are also important for this role. You should possess strong analytical and debugging abilities, be self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently. Being team-oriented with good communication skills, and willingness to learn and explore new tools/languages as needed are also valuable traits.
