Description
As a Full Stack Developer at our company, you will have the opportunity to work on designing and implementing full-stack web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js. Your responsibilities will include leading the development of RESTful APIs, building reusable components, and developing modern user interfaces. You will also be involved in optimizing application performance, collaborating with UI/UX designers, mentoring junior developers, and participating in system architecture decisions. Key Responsibilities: - Design and implement full-stack web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js. - Lead the development of RESTful APIs and integrate with external services. - Build reusable, testable components and libraries for future use. - Develop modern and responsive user interfaces with React.js and modern JavaScript (ES6+). - Optimize application performance, security, and scalability. - Work with UI/UX designers and product managers to turn designs and user stories into functional code. - Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews. - Participate in system architecture decisions and technical planning. - Manage deployments, CI/CD pipelines, and monitor application health. - Stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies in full stack development. Qualifications Required: - 3+ years of experience in full stack development, including 3+ years working specifically with the MERN stack. - Expertise in Node.js and Express.js for backend development. - Advanced proficiency with React.js, including hooks, context API, and component-based architecture. - Strong experience with MongoDB and understanding of NoSQL database principles. - Deep knowledge of RESTful API design, JSON, and HTTP protocols. - Familiarity with version control systems (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and deployment strategies. - Understanding of security best practices (authentication, authorization, OWASP). - Ability to write clean, maintainable, and scalable code. - Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills. Please note that the job is full-time and permanent, and we are looking for candidates with at least 3 years of experience in full-stack development with Node.js, React, MongoDB, and Express.js. The work location is in person in Noida, and the notice period should be between 0-15 days.
