Full Stack Developer - (Loan Management Software Developer)

As a Project Leader for a project focusing on embedded system development, product development, system level validation, and performance optimization strategies, your key responsibilities will include: - Designing and developing real-time embedded software/firmware and PC/mobile based software applications. - Analyzing, designing, and developing capabilities for PeopleSoft Financial CRM applications, specifically focusing on functions from file login to loan disbursal management. - Supporting PeopleSoft General Ledger Financials 9.2 applications running on People Tools 8.55 or higher. - Analyzing domain-specific technical or high-level requirements and making modifications as per end-user or system requirements. - Participating in high-level and low-level software design. - Performing software testing, including unit, functional, and system level requirements through manual and automated means. - Ensuring software requirements traceability from design to coding to testing. - Conducting code reviews following coding guidelines and static code analysis. - Troubleshooting software problems of limited difficulty. - Documenting technical deliverables such as software specifications, design documents, code comments, test cases, test reports, release notes, etc., throughout the project life cycle. - Following defined processes for the software development life cycle. - Developing software solutions using established programming languages or learning new languages as required for specific projects. - Providing support for CRM by analyzing issues, identifying root causes, and performing corrective actions. Additionally, your technical skills should include: - Strong knowledge of Linux device drivers and Linux Kernel Programming. - Experience with Yocto SDK, Yocto Recipe, and Layers. - Working knowledge of development tools like GIT, SVN, and JIRA. - Experience with various embedded microprocessors such as Qualcomm, TI, NXP, NVIDIA, Intel, or similar. - Familiarity with Board support packages, device driver, and bootloader development/porting. - Possessing a strong sense of ownership, passion for learning, analytical mindset, and pursuit of perfection. - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. - Experience in tuning application code for efficient performance on databases. - Experience in PeopleSoft Application Package development. - Proficiency in developing web service interfaces for PeopleSoft.
