Full Stack Developer (Java Spring Boot & React)

Role & responsibilities Job Title : Full Stack Developer (Java Spring Boot & React) Job Summary : We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Java Spring Boot , Microservices architecture , and React.js to design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and high-performance applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet business needs. Key Responsibilities : Design, develop, and maintain microservices using Java Spring Boot . Build responsive and user-friendly front-end applications using React.js . Collaborate with product managers, architects, and other developers to define and implement technical solutions. Ensure high performance, scalability, and security of applications. Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices. Integrate APIs and third-party services into the application ecosystem. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner. Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes. Stay updated with emerging technologies and frameworks to improve development efficiency. Required Skills : Strong proficiency in Java and Spring Boot framework. Hands-on experience with Microservices architecture and RESTful APIs. Proficiency in React.js , JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3. Familiarity with relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, MongoDB). Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes. Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Preferred Qualifications : Experience in the banking/financial services domain . Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Knowledge of security best practices in application development. Education & Experience : Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 5-8 years of experience in full-stack development with a focus on Java Spring Boot and React.js .
