Job Overview:
ACHNET Inc is seeking a skilled and experienced Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both front-end and back-end development, with a proven ability to design, develop, and maintain web applications. This role requires a collaborative individual who can work effectively within a team environment and contribute to the entire software development lifecycle. Experience within the FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) industry is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain both front-end and back-end components of web applications.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and other developers.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve software defects and issues.
- Ensure the performance, security, and scalability of applications.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.
Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Must-Have Skills:
- 5+ years of experience in full-stack development.
- Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience with at least one modern JavaScript framework (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue.js).
- Strong understanding of back-end technologies and frameworks (e.g., Node.js, Python/Django, or Java/Spring).
- Experience with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB).
- Experience with RESTful APIs and web services.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Good-to-Have Skills:
- Experience working within the FMCG industry.
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud).
- Experience with DevOps practices and tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
