Full Stack Data Scientist

As a Full Stack Data Scientist at KiE Square, you will play a crucial role in our Analytics Consulting team by leveraging your technical expertise, analytical thinking, and business consulting skills. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Partnering with clients to comprehend their business challenges and identify data-driven opportunities. - Designing, building, and deploying end-to-end machine learning models and analytical solutions that align with client objectives. - Developing data ingestion, transformation, and modeling pipelines using state-of-the-art data engineering tools. - Converting analytical outcomes into actionable business insights, dashboards, and recommendations. - Collaborating closely with consulting teams to incorporate analytics into decision-making frameworks. - Constructing and managing production-ready APIs and ML workflows to facilitate scalable model deployment. - Implementing MLOps practices for continuous integration, deployment, and performance monitoring. - Mentoring junior team members and contributing to internal best practices in analytics and data science. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or a related field. - 5 to 7 years of experience in analytics consulting, applied data science, or end-to-end AI/ML solution development. - Proven expertise in problem framing, model development, and production deployment. - Proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.) and SQL. - Hands-on experience with data engineering tools such as Airflow, Spark, or Databricks. - Exposure to cloud environments like AWS, Azure, or GCP. - Ability to analyze structured and unstructured data from multiple sources. - Experience in model interpretability, A/B testing, and measuring business impact. - Strong communication with clients, storytelling, and presentation skills.
