Full Stack - Corporate trainer

You will be responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions for corporate clients across India, focusing on Java Full Stack, .NET Full Stack, or MERN/MEAN Stack technologies. Your main duties will include designing and conducting stack-specific training programs based on client requirements, collaborating with clients and stakeholders to identify training needs, creating training materials and hands-on labs, offering mentorship to participants, and staying updated on the latest trends in stack development to enhance training modules. You will also troubleshoot and evaluate participants" understanding, maintain a positive learning environment, and provide post-training support for knowledge transfer into workplace applications. To be successful in this role, you should have at least 3 years of experience in delivering training, a strong foundation in front-end, back-end, and database systems, excellent communication skills, and prior experience in technical training programs. A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is preferred, and familiarity with DevOps concepts and cloud technologies is advantageous.
