Full-Stack Architect

As a Lead Software Engineer at our organization, you will be responsible for spearheading the development of an ERP platform tailored for Small and Medium Enterprises in the European market. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the product architecture, utilizing cutting-edge technologies and innovative approaches to deliver exceptional user experiences. Your primary focus will be on end-to-end ownership of the product, requiring a diverse skill set across various technical domains. Your key responsibilities will include technical leadership, product development, hands-on coding, and team mentorship. As a technical leader, you will define architectural design patterns, select appropriate tools and technologies, and establish coding standards to ensure high-quality deliverables. You will also contribute to the product roadmap, engage in customer interactions, and drive the development of SaaS applications using microservices architecture. In terms of technical skills, you should have a strong background in web frameworks, APIs, databases, and back-end languages such as Angular, Node JS, Java, and MongoDB deployed in AWS environment. Additionally, experience with dynamic UIs, APIs, and familiarity with open-source libraries is essential. Knowledge of Azure APIs for NLP would be a plus, with opportunities to explore AI integration in the future.
