Full-Stack Architect (ERP & Cloud)

As a Lead Software Engineer at our company, you will play a crucial role in developing an ERP platform for Small and Medium Enterprises in the European market. You will have end-to-end ownership of the product and work with new technologies and architectures to deliver amazing user experiences. Your responsibilities will include: - **Technical Leadership**: - Review and finalize architectural design patterns and set standards - Selection of open-source tools/technologies - **Product Development**: - Be a thought leader in building the Product roadmap - Participate in customer demos and requirements-gathering sessions - **Hands-on Development**: - Design, Develop, unit test code - Coordinate with DevOps team for Environment setup & management in AWS - **Mentor Technical Team**: - Get the best out of the developers, including enforcing coding standards - Hire and help retain top talent You will work with a current Tech stack that includes Angular, Node JS, Java, MongoDB in AWS, dynamic UIs, dynamic APIs, and a few open-source libraries.
