What You'll Be Doing

As a Full Stack Developer, you’ll be building products that power CRMs, pharmacy platforms, and internal tools. You’ll take ownership of entire features, from design to deployment.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable, maintainable web applications
  
• Write high-quality frontend and backend code using

  React.js

  ,

  Node.js

  , and related frameworks
• Build secure RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services
  
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, QA engineers, and product managers
  
• Optimize performance across mobile and desktop devices
  
• Own deployments, debug production issues, and work on CI/CD pipelines
  
• Participate in sprint planning, architecture discussions, and code reviews
  
• Stay up-to-date with modern tools and practices

Who We’re Looking For

Must-Haves

• 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience as a Full Stack Developer
  
• Proficiency in

  React.js

  Node.js

• Deep understanding of RESTful APIs and frontend-backend integration
  
• Strong grasp of data structures, database design, and async operations
  
• Familiarity with Git-based workflows
  
• Startup mindset — self-motivated, independent, and eager to learn
  

Good to Have

• Experience with Next.js, TypeScript, Docker, or AWS
  
• Prior experience working in an early-stage startup
