Role & responsibilities: 1. Operational Management: • Assist in overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring timely and accurate processing of title insurance policies, commitments, and endorsements. • Monitor operational workflows and identify areas for improvement to increase efficiency and productivity. • Coordinate with team members to meet deadlines and service-level agreements. 2. Team Leadership: • Supervise and provide guidance to staff in the title operations team. • Assist with onboarding, training, and mentoring new employees. • Monitor staff performance and provide constructive feedback to ensure goals are met. 3. Customer Service: • Address escalated customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly. • Collaborate with clients, lenders, and real estate professionals to ensure smooth transaction processes. • Maintain a customer-focused approach to uphold the companys reputation. 4. Compliance and Quality Control: • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations governing title insurance. • Assist in audits and reviews to ensure adherence to company policies and industry standards. • Identify and mitigate operational risks. 5. Reporting and Documentation: • Prepare regular reports on operational performance, staff productivity, and customer satisfaction metrics. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for all transactions and operational activities. 6. Technology and Tools: • Oversee the use of title software and other tools to optimize workflows. • Stay updated on industry technology advancements and recommend system enhancements. Qualifications: • Graduation • 7 to 10 years of experience in title insurance operations or a related role. • Strong knowledge of title insurance processes, regulations, and industry standards. • Leadership and team management experience. • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. • Proficiency in title production software and Microsoft Office Suite. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
