As a preschool teacher, you play a crucial role in caring for and educating young children. Your responsibilities include preparing children for kindergarten by introducing foundational concepts, collaborating with children in group or individual settings, and implementing a curriculum that supports their holistic development. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare children for kindergarten by introducing foundational concepts that will be built upon in later education - Work with children individually or in groups based on their needs and the subject matter - Plan and execute a curriculum targeting various areas of child development such as language, motor skills, and social skills - Organize activities to facilitate learning, exploration of interests, and talent development - Establish schedules and routines to ensure children have adequate physical activity, rest, and playtime - Monitor children for signs of emotional or developmental issues and communicate concerns to parents - Maintain records of student progress, routines, and interests, keeping parents informed of their child's development - Implement a creative and tailored program suitable for preschool children - Utilize diverse educational techniques like storytelling, educational play, and media to engage children - Observe each child to enhance their social skills and self-esteem - Foster interaction among children and guide them in conflict resolution - Support children in developing artistic and practical skills through a well-structured curriculum - Supervise nap and snack times to ensure children's safety - Monitor and report children's progress to parents - Regularly communicate with parents to understand children's background and psyche Qualification Required: - Previous experience or education in early childhood education or a related field - Strong communication skills to interact effectively with children and parents - Ability to create a nurturing and stimulating environment for young learners - Patience, creativity, and adaptability to engage children in various educational activities - Knowledge of child development principles and practices Please note that this job is full-time and permanent, with a day shift schedule and requires in-person work at the designated location.,
