Role & responsibilities We are seeking a dynamic US IT Recruiter with 1-3 years of experience in end-to-end technical recruitment across the US market. The ideal candidate will also be comfortable working closely with the sales and business development teams to align recruitment with client needs. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and understands the intersection of talent acquisition and business growth. Key Responsibilities Source, screen, and shortlist qualified IT professionals through job boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder), social media, and referrals Conduct technical screenings and coordinate interviews with clients Manage full-cycle recruitment: requirement gathering, sourcing, submission, scheduling, and onboarding Collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs, project pipelines, and position requirements Align recruitment efforts with business development goals to fulfill project and staffing requirements Actively source, engage, and onboard STEM OPT, CPT, and other visa-holding candidates for internal and client requirements Maintain and update candidate pipelines using ATS/CRM systems Negotiate salaries and close candidates based on client budget and expectations Build long-term relationships with consultants and clients for repeat business Stay updated on current hiring trends and technologies in the US IT market Preferred candidate profile Bachelor's degree (any field) 1-3 years of experience in US IT recruitment (W2, C2C, 1099 hiring) Familiarity with US tax terms, visas (H1B, GC, OPT, STEM OPT, CPT, USC), and work authorizations Proficiency with sourcing tools such as Dice, LinkedIn, Indeed, and internal databases Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently Willingness to work closely with the sales/business team to align hiring with revenue goals Self-driven, target-oriented, and adaptable to changing client demands
