- Job Title / Designation Retail Sales Manager Job Location Chennai Job Description / Responsibilities Develop and execute sales strategies for lubricant products in the assigned territory. Manage and expand distributor and dealer networks for retail sales. Identify new business opportunities and increase market share in the automotive lubricant segment. Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and adjust sales strategies accordingly. Conduct regular field visits to ensure effective coverage, relationship management, and customer satisfaction. Ensure timely collection of payments while adhering to company credit policies. Collaborate with the marketing team for promotional activities and brand campaigns. Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management. Desired Candidate Profile Strong understanding of the automotive aftermarket and lubricant industry . Proven experience in distributor / dealer network management. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools . Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and achieve sales targets. Qualification & Experience Qualification: Graduate in Business / Marketing / Mechanical / Automobile or related field. Experience: 12 - 17 years in sales of lubricants, automotive aftermarket, or related industries. Compensation Salary: As per industry standards and candidate profile.
