You will be responsible for the installation and maintenance of a Fiber Optics FTTH network. This includes installing, repairing, and resolving fiber optic systems to ensure they are functioning properly. Your duties will also include taking care of fiber splicing, rectifying fiber optic problem areas, and splicing and terminating SM fiber. You will be expected to perform basic to complex installations, troubleshooting, and repairs of fiber systems with minimal supervision. Accessing the fiber optic splice enclosure and splicing necessary fibers directly from a bucket truck will be part of your tasks.
