Sales and Business Development Executive Key Responsibilities Support the team in operations related tasks like obtaining permits, ground handling and all terminal and ramp related operations Oversee ground handling, flight operations, and logistics to ensure seamless service delivery remotely and when at the airport. Coordinate with airport authorities, ground handling teams, and other service providers to ensure operational efficiency. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships, contracts, and service expansions. Develop proposals and presentations and present to potential clients and partners. Conduct market research to analyze trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities through platforms like Flight radar and social media. Build and maintain relationships with airlines, charter operators, FBOs, and other aviation stakeholders. Develop a portfolio and data base of clients to promote our services Facilitate client onboarding and ensure smooth integration of services. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Aviation, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 2–5 years of experience in aviation sales, charter sales, or trip support services. Familiarity with international trip planning, airport operations, or flight dispatch is highly preferred. Fluency in English (spoken and written) is essential. Additional languages are advantageous in global markets. Ability to sell aviation services (permits, fuel, handling, etc.) across regions. Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills. Proven ability to manage and grow client relationships. Experience using CRMs. Professional and persuasive communicator across phone, email, and in-person. Understanding of aviation market trends, pricing, and competition. Ability to identify new markets and sales opportunities.
