As a Data Engineer/ETL Developer specializing in Talend and Power BI, your primary responsibility will be to study, analyze, and comprehend business requirements within the realm of business intelligence. You will be tasked with providing end-to-end solutions that cater to these requirements efficiently. Your role will involve designing and implementing ETL pipelines that ensure data quality and integrity across various platforms such as Talend Enterprise and Informatica. You will need to proficiently load data from diverse sources including Oracle, MSSql, File system, FTP services, and Rest APIs. Additionally, you will be expected to design and map data models that transform raw data into actionable insights while also developing comprehensive data documentation encompassing algorithms, parameters, and models. Analyzing historical and current data will be crucial for facilitating informed decision-making processes. To enhance the existing business intelligence systems, you will have to make necessary technical enhancements and optimize ETL processes for improved performance. Monitoring ETL jobs and troubleshooting any arising issues will also fall within your purview. In a leadership capacity, you will be required to oversee and guide the team's deliverables, ensuring adherence to best development practices. Your involvement in requirements gathering and analysis will be pivotal, and your ability to lead in such endeavors is essential. In terms of prerequisites, you should ideally possess up to 3 years of overall work experience, with a focus on SQL and ETL, particularly Talend.
