As a Systems Analyst - Business Intelligence within the Data & AI team at Lexington Partners, you will be instrumental in delivering impactful business intelligence and data analytics solutions. The ideal candidate will exhibit a growth-oriented mindset, meticulous attention to detail, and robust analytical capabilities to tackle complex issues effectively. Operating in a dynamic, start-up environment within an established enterprise, you should possess the agility to swiftly adapt to new technologies and solutions. Your role will be pivotal in advancing the firm's business intelligence endeavors to facilitate data-driven decision-making. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement dashboards and analytics utilizing tools such as Power BI, Power Query, and other relevant technologies. - Collaborate closely with the Finance and Technology teams to provide effective BI solutions. - Manage system administration tasks for Business Intelligence platforms, including user security management and maintenance. - Lead regular and ad hoc operational reporting efforts, fostering continuous enhancement and scalability. - Engage collaboratively with various business functions to grasp reporting requirements and deliver actionable insights. - Create and sustain scalable, automated dashboards and reports to monitor and evaluate progress against critical operational objectives and initiatives. - Conduct data modeling by adjusting existing models or developing new ones as necessary. - Support end users in constructing ad hoc reports through BI tools. Ideal Qualifications, Skills & Experience for Success: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Management, Computer Science, or a related discipline. - Strong emphasis on detail and analytical thinking, serving as a guardian for maintaining high data quality. - Proficiency in SQL, PowerBI, PowerQuery, and ETL techniques. - Preferred experience in Microsoft Azure and Power Platform, while knowledge of Snowflake is advantageous. - Effective communication skills with the ability to engage with a diverse range of individuals from various backgrounds. - Proficiency in implementing row-level security on data and a comprehensive understanding of application security layer models in Power BI. - Ability to operate autonomously and collaboratively within a team-driven environment. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, demonstrating a collaborative and ownership-driven approach.
