Job Title: Finastra Trade Innovation (FTI) Techno-Functional Consultant Location: Chennai / Mumbai Experience Level: 10 - 15 Years Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days Kindly share your updated resume to - ruthu@wrootsglobal.in Job Description: We are looking for a skilled Techno-Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Finastra Trade Innovation (FTI / TI+ / FBTI) to join our team for a critical banking project. The role focuses on supporting and enhancing production environments for trade finance operations. Key Responsibilities: Provide Level 2 and Level 3 production support for Finastra Trade Innovation (TI+) systems. Troubleshoot and resolve functional and technical issues in trade finance modules. Handle transactions related to Letters of Credit (LC), Bank Guarantees (BG), Bills, and other trade products . Work with business teams to gather requirements and support UAT and go-live . Analyze and resolve issues in Java-based integrations , logs, and XML message flows. Coordinate with vendor teams and internal technical resources for escalations and enhancements. Ensure timely resolution of incidents and adherence to SLAs and change management processes. Mandatory Skills: Hands-on experience with Finastra TI+ / FTI / FBTI (Trade Innovation platform). Strong understanding of corporate banking trade finance processes. Technical proficiency in: Core Java / Java logs UNIX / Shell scripting basics XML / SOAP APIs SQL / Oracle Experience in production support or techno-functional roles for large banking systems. Preferred Background: Experience with IT vendors. Familiarity with Finastra integration components and interface handling.
