Key Responsibilities

  • Complete allocated work accurately and within agreed service level agreements
  • Support workload allocation to help the team meet productivity and quality targets
  • Update member records in line with documented procedures and supervisory guidance
  • Issue routine member correspondence using approved templates, ensuring legal and compliance requirements are met
  • Adhere to defined quality, productivity, and operational control standards
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure timely completion of priority items
  • Manage shared mailboxes, escalation logs, and operational queries
  • Identify and raise process improvement and customer experience enhancement ideas
  • Maintain strict confidentiality when handling sensitive client information
  • Handle additional administrative and process-related tasks proactively
  • Escalate potential issues promptly and keep Team Leads or Assistant Managers informed
