Job Description

Gain a detailed understanding of processes and Fidelity's products and services.
Conduct trainings, drive initiatives, and participate in projects.
Maintain team MI, perform quality checks, and keep accurate records.
Process work items within agreed service levels with high accuracy.
Take ownership of individual issues and ensure timely resolution to customer satisfaction.
Complete assigned projects, including testing prior to system changes.
Liaise with other departments across sites to ensure smooth operations.
Gain regulatory knowledge and maintain awareness of updated procedures.
Train team members on critical tasks and independently review/update process documents.
Drive innovation and process improvements within the team.
