Responsibilities Execute food safety audits in accordance with FSSR requirements Conduct customized audits across sectors such as catering, warehouse, manufacturing, retail chain, and trading Ensure timely submission of detailed audit reports within 2 working days Apply knowledge of hygiene, sanitation, allergens, and food processes during audits Maintain audit documentation in compliance with ISO22000/FSSC22000 standards Evaluate food safety practices per FSS Act and relevant sector regulations
