FSM Lead

As an Infoscion, your primary role will involve actively aiding the consulting team in various project phases such as problem definition, effort estimation, diagnosis, solution generation, design, and deployment. You will be required to explore alternatives to recommended solutions based on thorough research, including literature surveys, information from public domains, vendor evaluation data, etc., and build POCs. Additionally, you will create requirement specifications from business needs, define to-be processes, and detailed functional designs based on requirements. Your responsibilities will also include supporting the configuration of solution requirements on products, diagnosing issues, seeking clarifications, and identifying solution alternatives. Moreover, you will contribute to unit-level and organizational initiatives to provide high-quality, value-adding solutions to customers.
