Job Responsibilities: Platform Design & Development Configure, develop, and customize core ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, CSM, FSM, and EAM to meet evolving business needs. Minimum 1-2 years' experience in a team leading role. Consulting experience will be of advantage (though not mandatory) Experience in delivering large-transformational projects across Industry groups geographies. Should have handled a team of 3+ experienced resources The candidate should have excellent customer facing capabilities, and an established track record for delivering consulting engagements The individual must be comfortable working at the highest levels of client organizations and interacting closely with the C Suite executives Experience in visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, QlickView etc. is an added advantage Experience in MS-Excel, MS- PowerPoint, MS-Word is mandatory. Additional experience in VB Scripts, Macros will be preferred. APM/Asset Integrity : Hands on knowledge and experience of APM tools (like GE APM Meridium), Risk Management framework, Risk Based Inspections (RBI), Corrosion Management, Maintenance Turnaround Management, Maintenance Best Practices and Strategies Hands on experience of asset, corrosion, and inspection data management Hands on inspection or maintenance field experience (on-field inspection or maintenance management) is a plus. Experience of working with various EAM/ERP solutions like SAP PM/Maximo, INFOR, Meridium, NRX Asset Hub, Asset Answers etc. Experience of solving complex problems in asset maintenance and reliability management to drive growth and value for productions/operations maintenance Should possess a team oriented and collaborative approach, and excellent presentation skills, including strong oral and writing capabilities. Focus on the management and delivery of Industry X related client engagements, often interacting at an executive level, as well as sales and practice development activities, resulting in increased value and efficiency. Proficiency in business strategy and consulting with a background in any of the Industry X domains - Digital Production Operations, Intelligent Asset Management, Capital Projects, Digital Engineering and RD, Smart Connected Product Design Development, Product Platform Engineering Modernization, Product-as-a-Service Enablement, automation, and digital transformation Right mix of industry, technology, and consulting experience. Demonstrated ability to lead end-to-end project delivery for client engagements. Strong relationship-building skills with clients and a record of business development. Exceptional analytical abilities and effective verbal and written presentation skills. Proven experience in project management, resource allocation, and cost management, prioritizing high-quality outcomes and meeting turnaround metrics.
