Extensive experience in end-to-end FSL implementations , including scheduling policies, service resources, work order management, and mobile configurations. 610 years of experience as a Business Analyst working with Salesforce FSL for at least 4 Years. Expertise in presales support , responding to RFPs/RFIs, creating solution proposals, and presenting Salesforce capabilities to clients. Hands-on experience in designing and delivering POCs and tailored demos to address client-specific pain points. Adept at conducting requirement workshops, gap analysis, and process mapping to translate business needs into effective Salesforce solutions. Strong client engagement skills with the ability to build trusted relationships and position solutions that drive business transformation and operational efficiency . Experience working closely with technical consultants and developers to ensure functional requirements are met and solutions are scalable. Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist or Salesforce Certified Administrator, are highly desirable. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Lucidchart, etc.
