As a candidate for the role, you should have an MBA/Masters degree from a Tier 1/Tier 2 institute or equivalent post-graduation/diploma or UG with a minimum of 4-6 years of relevant work experience. You should possess a good understanding of the US Regulatory landscape and key regulations such as CCAR/DFAST. Additionally, you should have a good knowledge of key US regulatory reports like Y9C, FRY 14A/Q/M, 14Q, 2052a, Y15, FFIEC reports, and prior knowledge and exposure on Basel requirements would be preferred. Team and project management experience are essential for this role, along with proficient MS Office skills and strong written and verbal communication skills.
