Job Description

As a Retirement Senior at EY, you will work as part of the Consulting team on engagements related to various domains in the retirement sector. Your responsibilities will include: - Supporting clients in Defined Benefits Operations, such as benefits calculations, benefits review, and benefits calculation for retirement, termination, disability, death, and divorce. - Ensuring ERISA Compliance by conducting US Retirement Plan testing and reporting, including ADP & ACP testing and corrective distribution. - Having a deep understanding of in-plan guaranteed income products like annuities within defined contribution plans. - Designing or evaluating protected retirement solutions through insurance-wrapped investment vehicles. - Exposure to recordkeeping platform enhancements for in-plan income features and participant-level income illustrations. - Understanding of Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation (PBGC) study and Public Pensions. - Knowledge of plan administration, group and account setup, eligibility, vesting rules, and investment management. - Experience in leading PMO functions for large-scale retirement transformation programs. In terms of Consulting Skills, you will be responsible for: - Creating business process maps for future state architecture and WBS for conversion strategy. - Gathering requirements, writing BRDs and FSDs, and conducting JAD sessions and workshops. - Defining optimal future state operational processes and product configurations. - Providing innovative solutions, defining scope, and delivering requirement documents with relevant diagrams. - Collaborating with product design development teams and providing product consultancy. Regarding Technology Skills, you should be: - Experienced in data migration projects and ensuring data integrity and security. - Proficient in data analytics, utilizing tools to drive decision-making. - Knowledgeable about data governance principles for data quality and compliance. Industry certifications such as ASPPA, LOMA, or RPF will be an added advantage. Experience with solutions like ALIS, OMNI, Relius, NeoSpin, Vitech, and TRAC is preferable. You are expected to work effectively as a team member, build relationships with clients, and collaborate with other EY professionals to expand your knowledge and skills.
