Role & responsibilities 1. Daily inspection and maintenance of CCTV cameras, NVRs, and related hardware 2. Cleaning of camera lenses, housings, and verification of field of view alignment. 3. Routine check and basic troubleshooting of HID readers, Mercury controllers, and FRS devices 4. Crimping and termination of UTP cables, replacement of connectors, and patching as required 5. Assist in relocation and mounting of CCTV cameras and access control devices 6. Visual inspection and reporting of cable damages and hardware faults 7. Perform preventive maintenance tasks including tightening connections, checking power supplies, and cleaning structured cabling components 8. Maintain service records and submit daily/periodic checklists or logs as per client requirement 9. Support backup of video recordings from NVR/servers to external storage on request 10. Coordinate with client team for reinstallation or reprogramming support if required Preferred candidate profile
