Testing Operations: Conduct and supervise tests on: Paints & Painted Panels, Plastics & Rubber & FRP Composites Ensure tests are performed as per specified methods: ASTM, IS, ISO, BIS, OEM specs , etc. Review and approve test reports ensuring accuracy and clarity. 2. Lab & Equipment Management: Monitor daily operations of the polymer testing lab. Ensure regular calibration and maintenance of instruments. Develop and implement test procedures and work instructions. 3. Quality & Documentation: Ensure strict adherence to ISO/IEC 17025 and internal SOPs.
