You will manage and mentor a team of 10 field sales executives, drive rural outreach, and support farmers with insurance solutions protecting against climate risks. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of 10 front-line sales staff across designated districts. Drive the implementation and achievement of climate insurance sales targets. Train and support field teams for effective communication of insurance products to rural farmers. Build partnerships with local institutions (cooperatives, panchayats, agri-entrepreneurs) to promote insurance awareness. Monitor sales performance, collect field data, and report progress to leadership. Ensure compliance with insurance regulations and company policies. Qualifications: Minimum 5 years of experience in the insurance industry (preferably rural/agricultural). Proven track record in managing sales teams and achieving targets. Strong understanding of rural markets, especially in Rajasthan and Uttar Pradesh. Graduate/Postgraduate from reputed institutes (IIFM/IRMA/XIMB/TISS preferred). Fluent in Hindi and English 3+ years FMCG experience in similar markets is an advantage. Must own a bike and smartphone. Willingness to travel extensively.
