Frontend Tech Lead

You are an experienced Frontend Tech Lead with 7 to 10 years of experience, seeking to join a dynamic engineering team at Aeris. In this senior-level role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, mentoring junior developers, and optimizing high-performance, scalable, and user-friendly web applications. Collaboration with product managers, designers, and backend engineers is crucial to delivering exceptional user experiences. Your key responsibilities include designing and building responsive UI components using modern JavaScript frameworks like React and Next.js. Leading a team of 4-5 developers, providing technical expertise in feature design, defining architecture, and conducting code reviews to maintain code and product quality is a key aspect of your role. You will also play a vital role in building web applications, ensuring they are architected well and loved by users, while mentoring and leading other developers to maintain high-quality deliverables. You must possess 7+ years of front-end development experience with a strong proficiency in React.js, Next.js, JavaScript (ES6+), and TypeScript. Additionally, experience with monorepos, micro frontends, responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and accessibility standards is required. Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, state management libraries, rendering experiences, testing, build tools, CI/CD, and cloud platforms is essential for this role.
