As a Senior UX/Product Designer - Strategic Experience Lead, you will collaborate with product and tech leadership to co-own the product vision, ensuring unified, service-level experiences within our fintech ecosystem. Your responsibilities will include translating business goals into outcome-driven roadmaps, leading continuous discovery, and delivering scalable design systems that align strategy, user needs, and technology. Conducting research cycles, synthesizing insights, and designing adaptive, cross-platform workflows will be crucial, along with validating designs with real-world data and ensuring high-quality delivery with engineering. Expertise in enterprise-scale SaaS, fintech domains, and emerging AI-driven experiences, as well as strong stakeholder engagement and storytelling skills, are essential for this role. As a Senior Product Designer in the Usability Group, you will leverage your research expertise and design intuition to craft thoughtful, data-informed experiences. Your role involves distilling complex insights into clear, actionable outcomes, shaping intuitive solutions that address user and business needs, guiding strategic decisions, mentoring peers, and collaborating across functions to prioritize user experience throughout the product lifecycle. Key responsibilities include leading UX design and research, collaborating with product and engineering teams, planning and conducting advanced user research, analyzing findings, designing wireframes and prototypes, presenting design solutions to stakeholders, mentoring junior team members, maintaining design systems, and promoting cutting-edge UX practices. You will partner with Product Managers and Owners to shape the product vision based on user insights, contribute design-led ideas, and inform the product roadmap with prioritized, scalable features for meaningful user experiences. Conducting competitive analysis, customer/user research, and collecting and analyzing user feedback to inform design decisions and enhance the customer experience will be vital. Additionally, you will translate user needs into effective product experiences, conduct usability testing within an agile environment, ensure design consistency, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products. To qualify for this role, you should have 6-8 years of relevant experience after a Bachelor's degree or 2-5 years after a Master's degree in a relevant field such as Design, HCI, or Psychology from premier institutes. Demonstrated success in designing for SaaS products, strong end-to-end product design expertise, proficiency in user research methods, wireframing, prototyping, visual design, design systems, and responsive design is required. Moreover, you should be a confident communicator, proficient in various design tools, experienced in Design Thinking, Lean UX, and agile product development, and passionate about solving complex problems with user-centered solutions.
