Description
As a Frontend / Low Code Developer at KX, you will be responsible for developing responsive, high-performance UI components and supporting low-code development platforms. Your role will involve contributing to AI and real-time analytics solutions by collaborating closely with backend and product teams to deliver scalable and intuitive user interfaces. This is a contract position that offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge technologies and platforms. You will be expected to develop UI components using TypeScript & Web Components, build and maintain VSCode extensions and plugins, ensure responsive and cross-browser compatible frontend performance, and collaborate effectively with backend developers in agile sprints. Additionally, you will be supporting development with low-code platforms such as PowerApps, Mendix, and OutSystems. Key Responsibilities: - Develop UI components using TypeScript & Web Components - Build and maintain VSCode extensions and plugins - Ensure responsive, cross-browser compatible frontend performance - Collaborate with backend developers and contribute to agile sprints - Support development with low-code platforms (e.g., PowerApps, Mendix, OutSystems) Skills Required: - Frontend Development: TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, Web Components - Tooling & Version Control: VSCode APIs, Git, GitHub, GitLab workflows - DevOps & Agile: CI/CD pipelines, JIRA, agile sprint participation - API & Integration: RESTful API consumption, backend collaboration - Low-Code Platforms: Familiarity with tools like PowerApps, Mendix, or OutSystems - Testing: Exposure to UI testing tools such as Jest or Cypress - AI/ML Readiness: Comfortable integrating frontends with AI/ML-powered services - Domain Knowledge: Experience or exposure to financial services and real-time data applications Essential Experience: - 3-6 years in frontend or low-code development - Proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML/CSS - Experience with Web Components and VSCode APIs - Familiar with REST APIs, Git, JIRA, and CI/CD practices Preferred Qualifications: - Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) - Hands-on experience with low-code platforms like PowerApps or Mendix - Experience in UI testing, accessibility, or enterprise dashboard development This is a hybrid working model position based out of Bangalore.
