Frontend Lead with ReactJS

As a Frontend Lead with React.js expertise, your role involves architecting, leading, and implementing innovative user interfaces. You will be responsible for leading end-to-end front-end architecture and component design using React.js. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to deliver pixel-perfect, responsive UI/UX. Your duties include defining and enforcing best practices, standards, and tools for frontend development, providing technical mentorship and leadership to the frontend team, and identifying and addressing performance bottlenecks to enhance user experience. Additionally, you will drive the adoption of new tools, techniques, and frameworks, and ensure code quality through regular code reviews and automated testing. Key Responsibilities: - Architect, lead, and implement innovative user interfaces using React.js - Lead end-to-end front-end architecture and component design - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver pixel-perfect, responsive UI/UX - Define and enforce best practices, standards, and tools for frontend development - Provide technical mentorship and leadership to the frontend team - Identify and address performance bottlenecks to enhance user experience - Drive adoption of new tools, techniques, and frameworks - Ensure code quality through regular code reviews and automated testing Qualifications Required: - Strong command over React.js and its ecosystem - Deep understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and responsive web design - Proficiency in integrating with RESTful APIs and backend services - Familiarity with frontend build tools, version control, and testing frameworks - Strong experience in performance tuning and optimizing React applications This is a contractual/temporary job for a 6-month contract length based in Chennai/Coimbatore.
