Frontend Lead Node.js + MongoDB

You are a skilled and proactive Frontend Lead with a strong backend foundation in Node.js and MongoDB, complemented by modern frontend expertise. You have over 7 years of experience and are proficient in leading small teams, driving solutions, and delivering scalable applications using full-stack technologies. Your responsibilities will include leading and mentoring a small team of developers, developing and maintaining backend services using Node.js and MongoDB, implementing front-end components using React.js, Angular, or Next.js, working with TypeScript and managing RESTful APIs, handling SQL operations, and managing cloud deployments via AWS. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features while ensuring the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications. Your mandatory skills include strong proficiency in Node.js, primary database knowledge in MongoDB, SQL expertise, AWS experience, and proficiency in either React.js or Angular (any one is fine), Next.js, TypeScript. Basic leadership/mentoring experience is a must.
