Job Description Job Title : Software Engineer Responsibilities: We're looking for a Software Engineer to join our front-end platform team! You'll enable company to accelerate delivering consistent web experiences by partnering with design, architecture, infrastructure, and engineering teams across the company to create and maintain web application patterns that adhere to both industry and company standards and best practices. We work on all aspects of the Software Development Life Cycle that can include discovery, architecture, development, testing, CI/CD tooling, measurement, and monitoring. Your day will be filled with: Demonstrating your passion to solve problems and produce high quality solutions. Being a member of an agile product team, working independently and collaborating often through pair and mob programming to meet the needs of the work effort. Interpreting complex technical problems and translating them into clear, efficient, and engaging solutions. Contributing to enterprise patterns to help drive modernization efforts. Partnering with our design system team to integrate a Web Component-based design system into our application patterns. Taking time for personal development and sharing your passion for modern front-end technology with your team. Gathering real-time feedback from partners across the company through regular demos and direct interaction. Using DevOps strategies, open-source solutions, automation, and much more. Regularly provide technology community support for web application patterns. Weekly team on call rotation Skill set: Technical/Functional - Expertise in Typescript React Next.js Experience with AWS Experience working on a cross-functional team with other roles (e.g., user experience/design and product partners) Experience contributing to reusable web application patterns across systems Experience using design systems or front-end frameworks
