Frontend Experience Intern

We're building a new MarTech intelligence platform from the ground up and we're looking for a Frontend Experience Intern who obsesses over clean UI, elegant UX, and delightful interfaces.

You'll work closely with the founding team to translate complex marketing + analytics data into intuitive dashboards and experiences. This is a hands-on design + frontend development role with real ownership, not a side-task intern position.

What You'll Own

• Building modern, interactive landing pages, dashboards, and reporting interfaces.
• Creating visually crisp, user-friendly experiences based on product + business needs.
• Implementing industry-standard frontend architecture and modular components.
• Collaborating with backend and design teams to ship polished UI.

Core Requirements (Must-Have)

1. Frontend Engineering

• You should be strong in modern web UI development:
• Ability to build excellent landing pages with attention to detail.
• Experience creating intuitive dashboards, reports, charts, and navigation flows.
• Solid understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and UX best practices.
• Hands-on with modern frontend frameworks (React preferred).
• Strong CSS fundamentals layouts, animations, component styling.

2. Collaboration + Execution

• Ability to translate product requirements into UI flows.
• Comfortable iterating quickly and improving designs based on feedback.
• Ability to work in 0 ? 1 environments where clarity improves over time.
• Comfortable using AI coding assistants for rapid iteration (GPT-based workflows).

Bonus Points

Not required, but great to have:

• Experience with data visualization libraries (Recharts, D3, ECharts, etc.)
• Experience designing dashboards or BI-style UIs.
• Exposure to design tools (Figma) for refining layouts.
• Understanding of basic API integration for dynamic UI components.
