Frontend Developer

As a hands-on full stack developer at Starlly, you will be responsible for working on multiple web applications and owning the delivery of multiple features under agreed timelines. Your role will involve establishing best practices for software development, mentoring junior engineers, and collaborating with non-technical stakeholders to understand business requirements. You will also be guiding developers in adopting the system and improving best practices. To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of 8 years of programming experience with Javascript, including 2 years leading or contributing to a design system at scale. You should have strong design and architectural experience in building highly scalable web applications and cross-platform UI components. Additionally, you must be able to drive technical direction and architectural decisions, have a deep understanding of component-based architecture, and possess excellent communication skills. Experience in startups or product-based environments is highly advantageous, along with extensive web application development experience with ReactJS and familiarity with various architectures such as RESTful APIs, microservices, and distributed systems. Knowledge of technologies like NodeJS, Typescript, Redux, Redux Saga, Jest, HTML, and responsive designing is essential. Familiarity with Scrum Agile delivery, Config Driven Design, Microfrontends, native mobile development, and tools like Figma and Storybook is preferred. A BE/B.Tech or equivalent degree in Computer Science or a related field is required for this position.
