Frontend Developer (Magento, Hyv, Shopware)

As a skilled Frontend Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining responsive and interactive frontend interfaces for Magento 2 stores. Your primary focus will be on Magento frontend development, specifically Hyv theme customization and mobile-responsive designs. Experience in Shopware frontend customization would be beneficial for this role. Your key responsibilities will include customizing and maintaining Hyv themes, implementing UI designs using modern CSS frameworks like Tailwind CSS, and enhancing frontend interactivity using JavaScript, jQuery, and headless JS frameworks such as React.js or Vue.js. You will work on Magento layout XMLs, templates, and custom theme development or modification to ensure cross-browser compatibility, performance optimization, and mobile-first responsive design. Collaboration with backend developers and designers is essential to bridge the gap between design and technical implementation. Optional but preferred tasks may include customizing and developing frontend features for Shopware stores, including layout tweaks and styling enhancements. To excel in this role, you should have at least 2 years of professional frontend development experience and a strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+). Hands-on experience with Magento 2 frontend development, customization of the Hyv theme, and knowledge of lightweight JS frameworks like Alpine.js or HTMX are required. Familiarity with Shopware 6 frontend development, responsive design principles, and tools such as SCSS/SASS, Tailwind CSS, Webpack, and Git is necessary. Your ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code, excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and strong verbal and written communication skills will be crucial for success in this role. Additionally, you should be able to work independently, solve problems efficiently, and be a good team player and motivator.
