Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Frontend Developer with 7-8 years of professional experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate has deep expertise in ReactJS, Rust, and other modern frontend technologies, with a strong track record of developing data-intensive applications. Ensure applications are scalable and optimized for performance. Collaboration: Work closely with UI/UX designers, backend developers, and product managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Participate in agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and retrospective meetings. Code Quality & Mentorship: Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code. Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers to foster a culture of continuous improvement and high-quality standards. Problem Solving & Debugging: Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring seamless integration with backend systems and data pipelines. Innovation & Best Practices: Stay updated on emerging frontend technologies, industry trends, and best practices. Propose and implement innovative solutions to enhance user experience and application performance. ________________________________________ Required Qualifications Experience: 7-8 years of experience in frontend development with a strong portfolio of projects demonstrating expertise in data-intensive applications. Technical Skills: ReactJS: In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience building complex web applications. Rust: Proven experience with Rust, especially in scenarios involving data handling and performance-critical applications. Frontend Technologies: Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript, and modern state management libraries (e.g., Redux). Core Competencies: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent understanding of responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and web performance optimization. Solid grasp of software development methodologies (preferably Agile) and best practices. Communication & Collaboration: Effective verbal and written communication skills with a proven ability to collaborate in team environments. ________________________________________ Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with additional frontend frameworks and libraries.
