Front Office Receptionist Male Fresher

We are a group of companies head office based in Lucknow, U. P. working on pan India in Banking and Finance, Pharmaceuticals, Retail, Information Technology, FMCG as more than 20 industries and having a team of more than 3,000 employees.

Eligibility criteria:-

• Minimum 6 months or more experience of Front Office in Real Estate or Hotel Industry OR FRESHER.
• Excellent Communication Skills in English & Presence of Mind.
• Well versed in MS Office, MS Excel, Pleasant Personality & Voice.
• Must have bachelor's degree.

Job Location:- Alambagh, Lucknow

Job role & responsibilities:-

• Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office.
• Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.
• Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls.
• Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures).
• Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
• Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook).
• Attending Incoming & Outgoing calls with proper etiquette's and maintaining records for them and direct calls to the concerned person / extension.

Salary:- Rs.12,000-18,000/- per month + PF + others.
