Job Title: Front Office Executive (Female Candidates Preferred)

Job Description:
We are seeking a married and experienced female candidate for the position of Front Office Executive at our Tripunithura location. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in front office or reception roles and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist visitors, clients, and guests in a professional manner
• Manage incoming calls and direct them appropriately
• Handle front desk operations including appointments, inquiries, and documentation
• Maintain office supplies and front office cleanliness
• Support administrative and clerical tasks as required

Candidate Requirements:

• Gender: Female
• Marital Status: Married candidates preferred
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in a front office/reception role
• Location Preference: Candidates from Kochi or nearby areas
• Good communication skills in English and Malayalam
• Pleasant personality with a professional attitude
