The Front Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the academy’s front desk, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for students, parents, and visitors. This role involves managing inquiries, guiding students through the admission process, coordinating counseling sessions, and maintaining accurate records of attendance, fees, and student documentation. The manager will act as a key communication link between faculty, students, and management while ensuring all classes, training rooms, and schedules run efficiently. Additionally, the role includes handling fee collections, supporting event coordination, addressing student concerns, and maintaining the academy’s service and quality standards. A strong customer-oriented attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage administrative tasks in a fast-paced learning environment are essential for success in this position.
