The Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Front Office Manager to oversee the resort's front office operations and take ownership of the complete guest journey, from reservations and pre-arrival coordination to check-in, guest services and check-out.

The ideal candidate should have strong hospitality experience, excellent guest-handling skills and the ability to coordinate effectively with multiple departments in a boutique resort environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day Front Office operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
• Lead, supervise and train front office team members to maintain high service standards.
• Oversee guest reservations, booking confirmations, room allocation and inventory management.
• Manage guest check-ins, check-outs and pre-arrival coordination.
• Handle guest queries, feedback, complaints and service recovery professionally.
• Coordinate closely with Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Maintenance and other departments.
• Monitor room availability, occupancy, arrivals, departures and special guest requests.
• Ensure accurate guest records, billing coordination and front office documentation.
• Prepare daily operational updates and reports for management.
• Ensure compliance with resort policies, guest safety standards and operational procedures.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the hospitality industry.
• At least 2–3 years of experience in a Front Office supervisory or managerial role.
• Previous experience in hotels, resorts or boutique hospitality properties.
• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management or a related field.
• Good communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Working knowledge of Hotel Management Software / Property Management Systems (PMS).
• Strong guest relationship management and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and remain calm during peak operations.

Preferred: Experience in luxury hotels, boutique resorts or independent hospitality properties.
